Vendor Rules & Regulations

Setup & Load-In
Arrival Window All vendors must arrive between 7:00 AM and 10:00 AM. No vendor will be permitted to enter the vendor area after the event has opened to the public.
Vehicle Access Vehicles are permitted in the vendor area for unloading only. All vehicles must be moved to designated vendor parking by 10:00 AM.
Check-In Upon arrival, all vendors must check in at the Vendor Information Booth to receive their booth assignment, credentials, and final logistics details.

Booth Requirements
Equipment Vendors must supply their own tent, tables, chairs, and weighted sandbags. All tents must be a standard 10×10 size — no exceptions.
Signage Your business name and all item pricing must be clearly displayed within your booth space throughout the event.
Power & Water Electricity and water are not provided. Quiet, low-emission generators are permitted. All cords must be safely secured and must not create tripping hazards.

Operations & Conduct
Hours of Operation All vendors must remain open and fully staffed for the entire event — 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Early closure is not permitted.
Cleanliness Each vendor is responsible for keeping their area clean throughout the event. Please bring your own trash bags. Large disposal bins will be available at event end.
Prohibited Items The sale of alcohol, tobacco, or any items featuring explicit, obscene, or offensive content is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal from the event.

Breakdown & Load-Out
Breakdown Time Breakdown begins strictly at 8:00 PM. Early packing is not permitted as it creates a safety hazard for remaining attendees and may affect future participation.
Waste & Cleanup Your booth space must be left in broom-clean condition. Food vendors must haul away all grease and food waste. Large debris may not be left on-site.
Vehicle Re-Entry Vehicles will not be permitted back into the event area until the Fire Marshal or Event Staff issues the official "All Clear" — typically 30 minutes after the event ends.
